Student information is stored in a secured database accessible only to Eastman personnel. Eastman uses all reasonable efforts to comply with PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) guidelines concerning protection of student information.
Eastman.ca has been designed to allow users to view only the information that they have been permitted to access. Student users, for example, can only view material in those courses for which they have purchased or properly obtained access.
Eastman constantly monitors its systems for unauthorized use. We use industry-standard efforts such as firewalls and secure socket layers where appropriate, to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information.

We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying anyone who attempts to use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to release information about users who we believe are in violation of our policies.
